About this item
- Ideal for Marine Applications — Sika 291 adheres to material commonly used in marine construction, such as wood, fiberglass, metal, and metal primers and paint coatings. Use above or below water line
- Versatile and Durable — It is non-corrosive and highly elastic making vibration-resistant joint seals on decking and can be used in an array of interior contexts
- Formulated for Performance — This one-component polyurethane marine-grade sealant cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. The black sealant can be overpainted and sanded without loss of stability
- Resistant to Both Fresh and Seawater — Will also resist diluted acids and caustic solutions. Provides temporary resistance to fuels, mineral oils, and vegetable and animal fats
- Easy Application — Use a manual, pneumatic, or electric-driven piston gun to apply this one-component polyurethane paste. Surface should be clean and dry prior to application for optimal performance
